"Angelina" was written by Neil Innes, originally performed and released as a single in 1970 by the rock band The World. wrote "Nick Innes' "Angelina," however, takes that early pop/blues sound Z.Z.Top gave to their early-'70s single "Francene" and shows what that style sounds like when performed by Englishmen as opposed to Americans."
