Slade on tour 1966-1991 (1984)
Slade toured with the same line-up (Dave Hill, Noddy Holder, Jim Lea and Don Powell) around the world for two decades. The first gig was in their hometown Wolverhampton in the spring of 1966 and the last one in San Fransisco in the spring of 1984.
Slade 2 keep on rockin' 1992-
Dave Hill and Don Powell put up a new Slade 2 line-up in 1992 playing the first gig at Umeå in Sweden in December 1992. They have kept touring since then playing each year tens of concerts mainly in Europe but also in Australia, Asia, Middle East and even in the Falkland Islands.
Dave and Don have been in the same group already since 1964, so by now (2012) they have been together on the road remarkable 49 years!
